Instead, he steals Scott's wallet and takes off. A M.P. (military police) played by Steve Cassidy approaches Scott and accuses him of having possession of drugs. So he frisks him, the porn way, he pats him down and ends up ripping a hole in the back of his boxers to get at his juicy ass.
